Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Carzo Socialytics ("the App"), an internal analytics dashboard operated by Carzo ("we", "us"). By accessing the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Internal use only

The App is provided solely for Carzo's internal business use. Access is restricted to authorized Carzo staff. The App is not offered to the public, has no third-party end users, and is not available for sign-up by anyone outside Carzo.

2. Purpose of the App

The App aggregates analytics from Carzo's own YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook accounts into a single private dashboard so that Carzo's marketing team can monitor the dealership's own social media performance.

3. Connected accounts and authorization

The App connects only to social media accounts that Carzo owns and that a Carzo administrator explicitly authorizes. For TikTok, the App uses TikTok Login Kit (OAuth Authorization-Code flow) and the TikTok Display API to read only the authorized account's own profile, stats, and published video metrics. The App does not access other users, does not post or publish content, and does not share or publicly expose any data it retrieves.

4. Acceptable use

Authorized users agree to use the App only for its intended internal analytics purpose and not to misuse, copy, or distribute data outside Carzo. Use of data obtained through third-party platforms is also subject to those platforms' terms, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok's Developer Policies.

5. Intellectual property

The App and its contents are owned by Carzo. No license to any Carzo or third-party trademarks is granted by these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Metrics are sourced from third-party platforms and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Carzo does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carzo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Termination

Carzo may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time. A Carzo administrator may also revoke the App's access to any connected account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
